Oregon Ultimate Alliance does not share or distribute emails without the expressed noted consent of the email provider outside of active commerce and communication with Oregon Ultimate Alliance, Soar, Steel, the OUA non-profit arm, WUL and/or UFA. 

Purchase of game tickets is expressed consent for purchaser's image to be included in any media format as captured by photographers, videographers, or stream cameras. If you see a photographer take a photo of you or a minor in your care at a game that you do not want post on social media or our website, please notify that photographer on-site immediately so they can delete the image.

If a ticket holders image, or the image of a minor in their care, is used or posted in a way that they would prefer it be removed, please contact the organization with "Subject: Request for Removal of Image" to Contact@oregonultimatealliance.com with the following information: Date of event image was taken and information about image requested to be removed that includes identifying characteristics and/or a capture of the image itself. 

While we cannot control the internet, exact streaming of fans, or any news coverage captures, we will make every effort to remove the image immediately.
